Our team creates a detailed design concept with material options and pricing. You'll see exactly what you're getting before committing — no surprises, no hidden fees, no design fee.
3. Handcrafted For You
Once approved, your ring goes into production. We keep you updated throughout the process. Most custom pieces are completed within 2-3 weeks.
4. Delivered To Your Door
Your finished piece arrives in premium packaging with full IGI diamond certification. Free insured shipping included. 30-day returns if it's not exactly what you envisioned.
