Nuar Jewelers Warranty

What's Covered

Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear conditions:

• Prong failure — loose or broken prongs due to structural defect (not impact damage)
• Metal defects — porosity, cracking, or material failure not caused by external force
• Setting failure — stone loss due to manufacturing defect in the setting
• Plating defects — premature rhodium wear on white gold within the first year

What's Not Covered

• Damage from impact, accidents, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches and surface marks over years of daily wear)
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Lost or stolen items — we recommend jewelry insurance for full protection
• Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, cleaning products)

Complimentary First-Year Services

Every purchase includes the following services at no additional cost during the first year:

• One free resizing — within 30 days of purchase, up or down 2 sizes
• Professional cleaning and inspection — send your ring in once a year, and we'll clean it, inspect all prongs, and return it polished
• Rhodium replating — one complimentary replating for white gold pieces within the first year

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at bernard@nuarjewelers.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. We'll assess your claim and respond within 2 business days
3. If covered, we'll send a prepaid insured shipping label for you to return the piece
4. Repair or replacement is completed within 7-14 business days and shipped back to you at no cost

Warranty Transfers

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. If you purchased a Nuar ring as a gift, the warranty covers the intended recipient as long as proof of purchase is available.

Beyond the Warranty

Even after the complimentary first-year services expire, we're still here to help. We offer affordable maintenance services including resizing, replating, prong retipping, and polishing. Contact us for a quote on any repair or maintenance need.
