NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. Nuar Jewelers LLC, 13509 LBJ Freeway, Suite 200, Garland, TX 75041 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway runs in recurring monthly entry periods. Each period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of that month. The first entry period begins June 21, 2026 and ends June 30, 2026. Sponsor may end the program at any time.
4. How to Enter. During an entry period, submit your email address through the sign-up form on nuarjewelers.com. Limit one (1) entry per person per entry period. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize. One (1) winner per entry period will receive a $500 USD Nuar Jewelers digital gift card. The gift card is redeemable toward merchandise at nuarjewelers.com, has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD. Limit one (1) prize per person per entry period.
6. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification. One (1) potential winner per entry period will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the fifth (5th) business day following the close of the period. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
8. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.
9. Privacy & Marketing. Information you submit is collected and used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing email from Nuar Jewelers. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect a pending entry.
10. No Platform Affiliation. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, or any other platform.
11. Winner’s Name. To request the name of a winner, email hello@nuarjewelers.com after the close of the applicable entry period.

This gift-with-purchase is a separate promotional offer, is not part of the sweepstakes, and is not required to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value and to modify or end this offer at any time.
