Customers who make a purchase during the offer period totaling over $1,500 (online or in store) and enter promo code JULY4 in cart during checkout will receive a complimentary pair of Lab-Grown Diamond Stud Earrings (approx. 1/2 ct. tw., F/G color, SI clarity).
Purchases of gift cards, jewelry protection or warranty plans, shipping fees, and sales tax are excluded and do not count toward the purchase threshold for this offer.
This offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount and cannot be applied retroactively. Eligible customers will receive the promotional item only once, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases during the offer period. Limited quantities are available and the offer is valid while supplies last.
The offered jewelry (the lab-grown diamond studs) cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen.
If an item from a qualifying purchase over $1,500 is returned and the remaining value of the purchase falls below $1,500, the lab-grown diamond studs must also be returned. If the studs have already been shipped to the purchaser at the time of such return, the purchaser must ship the studs back to Nuar Jewelers, or their retail value will be deducted from any refund.
Nuar Jewelers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold the promotional jewelry in the event of any fraud or deception, and to substitute a comparable item based on availability. The purchaser is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes associated with receipt of the jewelry.
