Natural vs Lab-Grown
We offer both. Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years deep in the earth and carry the history of the planet in each stone. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical but formed in weeks rather than millennia, and typically 40–70% less expensive for comparable quality.
If you prefer lab-grown, our engagement ring collection already includes hundreds of settings designed for lab-grown centers. Every stone comes with an IGI or GIA certificate and a lifetime upgrade policy.
FAQ
Are these diamonds certified?
Every diamond includes a grading certificate from GIA, AGS, IGI, or another accredited lab. Each certificate is viewable on the detail page for that stone.
How long will my ring take?
Natural diamond setting takes 2–3 weeks total — approximately one week for the stone to arrive from our partner, and another week to ten days for our bench jeweler to set and finish the ring.
Can I return a custom natural-diamond ring?
Custom-set natural diamond rings have a 14-day return window for exchange or credit. The diamond itself remains eligible for our Lifetime Upgrade program — trade it in toward a larger or higher-grade stone anytime.
Can I see the diamond before you set it?
Absolutely. We can send high-res photos and a 360° rotating video of your chosen stone before it's set — just request it when you inquire. For local customers, you're welcome to view the diamond in person in Dallas.
What if I don't see the diamond I want?
Our partner has access to over 8,000 diamonds updated daily. If nothing in this search fits, contact us directly with your specs and we'll source something that does.
